Computer Engineering

Students seeking a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering must complete a minimum of 120 credit hours including core courses in Electrical Engineering, Computer Programming, Mathematics, Science and Liberal Arts. Elective courses from Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Humanities/Social Sciences, and African-American Studies are also required. Doctor of Ministry

The Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) program is designed for those who wish to engage in an advanced level of preparation for ministerial practice. It is not primarily designed for teaching and research, although effective ministry includes aspects of these disciplines. Its primary goal is the integration of theological and anthropological, missional, and contextual understandings in the context of responsible engagement in ministry. Accordingly, all candidates are expected to be engaged in and to have some experience in some acceptable forms of ministerial practice.

Undergraduate Program in Biology

Biology majors are provided the opportunity to concentrate in one of three sub-specialties: molecular and cellular biology, anatomy and physiology, or evolutionary and ecological biology. To prepare for an emphasis in one of these concentrations, all students are required to complete a core of basic biology courses. These two core courses are General Biology (101 and 102, two semesters) and Genetics (200). General Biology (101 and 102) is a prerequisite for Genetics.

Electronic Studio

The program prepares students of the fine arts to compete with the cutting edge of technological mainstream art professionals. The curriculum combines the fundamentals of visual arts: drawing, painting, illustration, animation, multimedia, 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional design, photography and video, with intensive applied computer technology and software techniques as applied to visual communications and design. Course work is designed to incorporate prerequisite visual arts courses to prepare students to be competitive in the visual arts and computer aided art and design fields.
